Service Options
Elite
Sales Professionals recognizes that there are broad spectra
of internal recruiting capabilities and comfort levels with
utilizing outside recruiting help across which companies fall.
Our approach is to discuss with you the types of relationships
we can implement, and to make sure you are comfortable with
the selected mode of interaction.
Retained
Search – When operating in a retained capacity,
Elite Sales Professionals reprioritizes work in order to dedicate
specific cycles to your search. In this framework, a portion
of the fee is paid at contract signing, and the remainder
is paid at specific intervals in the process.
Hybrid
Retainer – In a hybrid arrangement, a portion
of the fee is paid upfront as a retainer, and the remainder
is paid at the hiring of an Elite Sales candidate. This approach
allows Elite Sales devote time to your search, while you place
only a portion of the fee at risk.
Contingency
– The entire fee is payable only in the event you hire
a candidate submitted by Elite Sales. You carry no risk here
associated with paying a fee for a position filled by a source
other than Elite Sales.
Strategic
Recruiting – This mode involves a proprietary
approach of Elite Sales Professionals and offers tremendous
